Marcel Mba (Chairman & Strategy)

Marcel has diverse experience in business development and strategy. His interest spans training, human & youth development, entrepreneurial initiative development as well as programs coordination.

Prior to joining the board of Ideasoft Technologies he has worked with African Alliance Company limited as a Pensions underwriting officer. A former Exchange Coordinator for AIESEC- an International Youth Exchange and human development organization - Marcel’s international experience includes a banking Internship in Poland, an exchange and member recruitment revitalization assignment with AIESEC in Germany as well as programme organization involvement in different countries. He served as a trainer, with trainings involvement in Poland, Belgium, Germany and Nigeria over a period of four years for AIESEC. He was a manager at Nigercafé, an Internet and technology services company.

Marcel also has over three years of core sales and customer relationship building experience in the service industry. A member of International Young Professionals Foundation (IYPF) – a sustainable development association based in Australia, Marcel holds a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

Marcel’s versatile background and experience is brought to bear in the strategies and management processes of Ideasoft Technology as well as in providing tailor-made solutions to diverse private and public sector organisations.

Jonathan O'neal (Chief Technology Officer & Project Manager)

Jonathan heads design, concept development, database and web application integration. He has insightful knowledge and experience in providing innovative technical solutions in the areas of web, wireless applications, e-commerce, e-strategy, software development and deployment. He has over five years experience consulting, developing and implementing seamless web, software and wireless solutions for notable local and foreign companies. He is a developer of choice with experience in proffering complete solutions to complex technological problems. Jonathan’s interests spans from youth resources for technical development to business consulting, software engineering and the Internet technology.

Prior to joining the board of Ideasoft Technologies, Jonathan was co-founder and head of consulting at iQuestIT Nigeria – a Web Solutions and Usability Consultant firm, where he represented the company in the areas of projects development, planning, implementation and performance evaluation.  At iQuestIT he initiated viable opportunities to keep the company abreast with current technological needs.

A Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), a founding member of Nigerian Java users group, an associate of the Institute of Analysts & Programmers U. K. and a staunch Member, Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) USA. He is also a member of International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience (IAESTE) and served as Head of Projects and Operations for IAESTE Nigeria between 2002 and 2003. As the Chief Technology Officer & Project Manager, Jonathan’s experience and industry affiliations are brought to bear at Ideasoft Technologies in providing cutting edge solutions beyond boundaries.

He holds a B. Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Lagos, and a qualification in Project Management from University of Stellenbosch Business School (USB), South Africa.

Tunji Akingbade (Chief consultant, Database & Oracle Admin.)

Olatunji Akingbade directs Oracle and Database administration. He has Solid knowledge and experience in relational database administration, installation, implementation, security management, backup & recovery, and performance tuning. He has supervised administration of systems from as small as 500 Megabyte to 1 Terabytes. Tunji has worked as a consultant on major national projects which includes Management of Oracle 9i Database for the Nigerian Immigration services, Administration and management of Oracle 9i Database for the Independent National Electoral Commission, Lagos Database. He has also delivered seminars and workshop for government and private organizations across the country, amongst which are-Tallmann Limited, Lagos, Oceanic Bank Plc, Lagos, Lion Bank, Jos, Dbase Technologies, Lagos, Tranter Executrain, Port-Harcourt, Microbyte, Lagos,NCR(Nigeria)PLC,Lagos.
Tunji’s working experience which spans over five years, includes being a Database administrator at Iris Technologies Consortium Limited, where has been involved in Iris Technologies project of conception and production of a secured electronic Harmonised ECOWAS Smart Passport for Nigeria.

At Image technologies Consortium Limited, he was a Database Administrator/Facility Manager where the project members were charged with generating electronic voters roll for the 2003 General Elections in Nigeria

Tunji was a team leader in the management of INEC State- Level Voter Registration Oracle 9i Database, where the project team created and managed a database that stored data about 5million voters in Lagos State.

At Brightface International Resources Limited, as a Database Administrator he was a lead consultant and trainer, specializing in business solutions based on Oracle technology.

At Pee-Aarr Consulting (now Precise Financial Systems), as an  Associate Consultant/Database Administrator, he was involved in software development and systems integration and was part of the development, Implementation and management team for CLERIC, an accounts reconciliation solution developed by the company which currently runs in major banks in Nigeria.

Tunji is a Oracle Certified Database Administrator (OCDA) who has his way around Oracle database, related utilities and tools, Microsoft SQL Server , Sybase Adaptive Server, SQL and PL/SQL programming language, Windows NT/2000/XP, Linux Operating Systems, IBM AIX, XML, ASP, etc. Tunji’s experience with turnkey projects handling creates value for Ideasoft Technologies clients.

He holds a B.Eng (Mechanical Engineering) from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria.

Advisers

Bolade Adedoyin

Bolade oversees new business initiation, partnering and network building at Ideasoft Technologies.
He has a wealth of experience in small and medium scale business financing.

Bolade has over 7 years experience in the public sector, where his working experience transverses project implementation and supervision as well as sales and client relations management.

Ideasoft taps from his wealth of experience in business initiation and projects implementation.
An astute investor, Bolade holds a national diploma in Business Studies from the Federal Polytechnic Akure, Nigeria.

Christian Ituah

Christian is charged with International Alliance brokering as well as new technologies identification.
He is an international business man with vast experience in market penetration and international business negotiations.

Prior to joining Ideasoft Technologies, Christian has been with Richbec Limited, an International Marketing Concern, as a co-founder and director. At Richbec, he handles the importation and distribution of varied products, with automobiles, pharmaceuticals, computers and computer accessories being his major areas of his specialisation. He oversees Richbec’s trading and vast business interests in Germany and other European countries. His insight into international market gives the company the ideal focus to think global and act local.
Christian holds a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
