client / stakeholders mobile phone and the bank’s
database application.
Through this, clients can check their account balances,
last withdrawal, last lodgements and other information by
sending in a text message. Clients can equally order for
check book, make payments and do several other banking
transactions that the bank deems fit to offer in
telephone banking services.
